you are big Battlestar Galactica fans, so here you go:

Dear Club President / Chairman,

I writing to the various clubs to tell them about the up coming Battlestar
Galactica 20 Yahren Reunion.  This is going to be an exciting event for
everyone.  Now I don't want to ramble-on about the guests or the planned
events and take up disk space on your computer so listed below is the basic
information on the reunion.  As you know, putting on an event takes a lot
of work and people pulling together, so if you could pass along this
information to your other club members I would really appreciate it.

        September 4th - 6th 1998

Where:
        Universal City Hilton and Towers
        Universal City, California

Rates:
        Full (Attending) Memberships -
                $80.00 till Aug. 1st.
                $100.00 at the door (if available)

        Non-attending Supporting Memberships -
                $25.00 (which includes membership packet,
                        medallion and program book mailed to them after the
convention).

        Dealer Tables are $150.00 each
                (and includes one complimentary full membership).
