When we find a book that you have requested we pull it from the shelf, temporarily label it with your name, and file it in the back room alphabetically under your name. Now we start the notification process. You are sent an email containing information concerning the cost and condition of the book, postage and handling fees, payment options, my digital signature (Verisign) and a order form.
Below is a sample email:

Your cost is $4.25 (including domestic surface shipping). Method of payment is at your discretion.
